This two-hour facilitator training is an introduction to guiding meditation at Serenity Meditations — the free, daily drop-in program held in Myrtle Fillmore Chapel at Unity Temple on the Plaza.

Whether you're brand new to facilitation or simply new to this program, you'll leave with the confidence, tools, and community support to lead a 30-minute session with ease and care.

What we'll cover:

• The structure and values of Serenity Meditations
• How to guide an accessible, welcoming meditation for all levels
• Holding space, working with silence, and welcoming beginners
• Scheduling, logistics, and facilitator support
